I took my grandmothers ring - this rings about 45 years old- to Morning Star. And Oh. My. Goodness! Amazing service, great conversation. Beautiful work. The turn around was less than 24 hours for me. John with Morning Star made me an amazing custom ring using some family jewelry passed down to me. It was such a beautiful one of a kind design. Usually it takes up to 8 weeks but John learned that I wanted to propose while on a special vacation and he got it done in 3 weeks. The price was fair and competitive as well. I have had such a great experience each time I enter Morningstar. The staff, jeweler, and owners are so nice and personable. They make you feel like you are family immediately. They have so much expertise in their trade and I have entrusted them with  repairs on my wedding ring and multiple chains of my favorite jewelry. We went in 2.28.25 to have a custom engagement ring made out of 2 rings that are family heirlooms. John was so attentive, patient, and creative with the design. He looked at multiple pictures of previously discussed sets as well as her current jewelry to try to understand her style. The staff goes above and beyond. I brought in a gold ring that I was having an allergic reaction to and they did a detailed analysis of the ring under a microscope, and saw that there were porous elements on the inside of my ring created from the chlorine in my hot tub that was causing a reaction. They did an acid bath and cleaned and polished my ring really well overnight and it resolved all of my issues. They didn’t even charge me for this and gave me my wedding ring back next day. I am happy to say that now I’m not having any more issues. I am very grateful for their knowledge and troubleshooting experience used to determine this issue. After celebrating our 25th anniversary, I unfortunately lost the center stone to my engagement ring. We went to Morning Star to design a new set. I got a new engagement ring and they created a new wedding band using my diamonds from my previous band. Cindy was patient and helpful as I looked at many options.
