We went in 2.28.25 to have a custom engagement ring made out of 2 rings that are family heirlooms. John was so attentive, patient, and creative with the design. He looked at multiple pictures of previously discussed sets as well as her current jewelry to try to understand her style. I brought in a gold ring that I was having an allergic reaction to and they did a detailed analysis of the ring under a microscope, and saw that there were porous elements on the inside of my ring created from the chlorine in my hot tub that was causing a reaction. They did an acid bath and cleaned and polished my ring really well overnight and it resolved all of my issues. They didn’t even charge me for this and gave me my wedding ring back next day. I am happy to say that now I’m not having any more issues. I am very grateful for their knowledge and troubleshooting experience used to determine this issue.
