We are seeking a new team member to join our dedicated team and uphold our long-standing commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive at work punctually and approach each day with a positive attitude and a smile.
  • Deliver outstanding quality, trust, integrity, and personalized service to each customer.
  • Receive practical training and work closely with the team to understand processes, products, and best practices. Be open to learning and expanding your industry knowledge.
  • Utilize business Point of Sale (POS) system for customer intake and pick up.
  • Share responsibilities for maintaining a clean store appearance.
  • Follow the specified procedures for opening and closing.
  • Preserve our high business standards.
  • As the role progresses, the position may take on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • High energy. We’re looking for individuals with a natural enthusiasm who can bring a dynamic presence to the role.
  • Sales knowledge or a desire to learn. Experience in sales is beneficial, but we are also open to candidates eager to develop their sales skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills. Proficiency in using essential computer applications and tools is required for this role. The role would require the use of standard business management POS software and customer database management.
  • Professional appearance. We expect our employees to present themselves with a polished and professional image.
  • Passion for jewelry and product knowledge. A genuine interest in jewelry and a strong understanding of our products is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Clear, effective communication is key to success in this role.
  • Leadership skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment is essential.
  • Schedule. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:15 am-6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:15 am-4:00 pm (may be flexible depending on position).
